10 West Edge
What we did
10 West Edge is apartment living, retail space and a parking garage combined. It is anchored by Publix and joined by Woodhouse Day Spa. Above the retail is 300 apartments wrapping an 870 car parking deck and is located adjacent to the most dense daytime population in downtown Charleston-the Medical District. When new construction was started on this large project, an entire wayfinding package was needed to guide, direct and help residents and retail shoppers find their way around. This package began in its infancy with preliminary designs to end production files, covering the whole property with various types of wayfinding signage.
